Q. Does the image cover the whole of the size of the print.
A. The size of the TRAVEL POSTERS include a small white border of approx 1.5 - 3 cm depending on size of print.
No mount included.
The TRAVEL POSTERS are printed on a high quality professional lustre paper.
GRAPHIC DESIGN prints vary, some are mounted, so please check listing.

ART PRINTS.
The size stated includes a mount approx 5cm wide and the image sits within this.
Please note: I am now using bright white mounts.
Ready made frames are widely available online and on the high street.
Your mounted print is all ready to pop in the correct frame size. Job done!

ART PRINTS are signed and numbered in pencil by the artist unless stated in description.

The paper for ART PRINTS is a thick soft textured cotton professional quality fine art paper.

Will the prints fade in time
A. No, ALL my prints are lightfast for up to 80 years.
They wont fade, even in a conservatory.

Q. How accurate are the colours.
A. Please be aware that the colours you see on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual colours of the print.

Q. Do you sell prints in frames.
A. No. Due to the risk of the frame getting damaged, I do not send frames in the post.
However, the mounted prints and travel posters are designed to fit a standard metric size frame, which can be found easily and cheaply online, in high st stores or some local framers have ready made made frames available.

Q. How long will it take to process my order
A. I aim to complete your order within 1 to 2 working days and post via 2nd class Royal Mail.
A4 poster prints will be sent in a hard backed envelope with extra stiff card packaging.
A2 and A3 poster prints will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.
MOUNTED prints will be well packaged and sent flat.

Q. Can I return a print or painting if I change my mind.
A. Yes you can! Please contact me within 7 days and return within 14 days in new condition and in original packaging.
Tracking number required.
PLEASE NOTE: Postage costs will not be refunded but full payment for item will be refunded as soon as item has been received.
Return postage costs may be more than original postage costs.
I want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me so I can help resolve any issues.

Q. Do you charge extra to post outside the U.K.
A, In most cases, yes. Please contact me before you pay for your order so I can quote delivery cost to Europe and the rest of the world.
EUROPE: YOU MAY BE LIABLE TO PAY A 20% TAX ON RECIEPT OF YOUR PARCEL ARRIVING IN EUROPE.
THE COST OF THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY PRICE AND THEREFORE ANY TAXES MUST BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PARCEL WORLDWIDE.
